The Ohio Expo Center & State Fairgrounds is now booking events for two new buildings slated for completion by July 2026 as part of the $460 million of improvements at the facility.

The first of the two buildings, the Ohio Agriculture Center, is versatile and designed to accommodate a variety of events. The building features more than 100,000 square feet of clear-span, temperature-controlled exhibit space, as well as 10 breakout meeting rooms that can be used independently or combined to create three larger meeting spaces.

For smaller events, the new Ohio Showcase Building features a food hall space and three private event spaces, one of which is complete with an exterior balcony overlooking the new Town Square. In addition to the rentable event spaces, the building also includes a dinging court and a permanent exhibition telling Ohio’s story in conjunction with the Ohio History Connection.

Books are now open for events beginning in December 2026.
